This Is A Teaching Trust Established In April 2001 To Provide Specialist Mental Health Services, Including Substance Misuse And Forensic Services, And Learning Disability Services. It Serves A Population Of 1.1 Million With Services Provided From Over 90 Sites Across Hampshire. This Chi Report Looks At Clinical Governance In The Adult, Older People, Alcohol And Substance Misuse Services And Forensic Services Only. Findings Include That Progress Is Being Made In Implementing Clinical Governance Structures Across The Spread Of Sites To Successfully Bring Them Together To Form One Organisation, Reflecting The Quality Of Leadership.
